Recycling
of the plastic based products is now one of the big
social theme. Thanks to our total technology of the
plastic processing and using new material of paper
fibers which can be replaced for the plastic, we
finally developed "pulp
injection molding technology" ,technology
of manufacturing the molding products which have
same characteristic as the plastic.
With
PIM technology, various molded products made of
plastics can be mass-produced by injection molding
technology as environmental friendly products with
equivalent physical properties. This is 21st century
technology to aid the smooth reflection of product
development know-how cultivated for many years
into these eco designs.
In
July 2001, a patent was granted in the United States
for "Molding compound for articles including a
cellulose fiber and a method of molding the same."
This is a
patent for a processing technique that molds an article
with a dedicated mold using a molding compound prepared
by mixing a fiber cellulose added with starch, water,
and other materials. A patent was obtained in Japan,
the United States, and Canada followed by Germany, France,
and the United Kingdom.
